The African Violet Brat Pack Forum is a lively online community of both veteran and rookie African Violet enthusiasts from around the world sharing their knowledge and experiences with growing African violets. We are proud to be an online affiliate member of the African Violet Society of America

This forum is open to members only in order to combat spam. Whether you are new to growing African Violets and are just curious how to get started or have hundreds of violets, if you are a African Violet enthusiast you are welcome to join us!

Membership is "by approval only". This should help to keep us from being harassed by spammers and hecklers (or worse). All people interested in our hobby will be welcomed. Everyone who registers will get the same consideration and will receive the same email from us requesting some information about why they wish to join our community.

We do have a few simple rules that you must be willing to follow:

Our Brats are very polite and helpful and rarely throw sand in the Playground. But now and again fierce disagreements arise. We expect you to take all arguments off the forum and settle them in private. Any post that contains insults or otherwise hurtful language will be removed. The admins will not act as mediators in settling these arguments when they have nothing to do with the running of the forum.

ABSOLUTELY No selling on this forum!

We do not allow any member to use this forum to advertise any product he or she sells or is auctioning on eBay, [b]even if it is related to this hobby[/b]. Any post that is used in self promotional advertising or carries a link to a web site that sells the member’s products will be removed or edited to remove the advertisement or link. That includes links in the signature section and within personal text in the avatar section. Using the Eye Candy forum to advertise auction violets will not be allowed. This forum is strictly for promoting the growing, maintenance, health and hybridization of African violets and is not to be used as a market place.
